USER AGREEMENT

Terms of use governing the relationship between CRYPTOU.ru and every visitor accessing the platform.

This User Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the Agreement) governs the relationship between the owner of https://cryptou.ru/ (hereinafter referred to as the "Site" or "Site Administration") on the one hand, and the user of the site on the other.

1. Definition of Terms

2. General Conditions

5. User Obligations

Lawful Use
The User agrees not to undertake any actions violating legislation or international law, including intellectual property and copyright, or actions that disrupt normal operation of the Site.
Copying Restrictions
Quoting or copying materials from the Site, including copyrighted works, is prohibited without written consent. An active indexed link to the Site is required where permitted.
Comment Conduct
Comments must not conflict with the legislation of the User's country of residence or generally accepted norms of morality and ethics.
Prohibited Content
Publishing advertising materials, promoting financial pyramid schemes, or distributing malicious code, serial numbers, or passwords is strictly prohibited.
Moderation
All comments are subject to pre-moderation. The Administration reserves the right to leave comments unpublished, and may modify, edit, or remove User comments.
Restricted Comment Behavior
Obscene language, insults, off-topic advertising, flooding, political or religious debates, duplicated comments, anchor-text usernames, and affiliate links are prohibited and may be removed without warning.
Account Security
It is prohibited to use a login and password that do not belong to the User to access the Site and publications.

6. Limitation of Liability

Subjective Opinion
The Website reflects the subjective opinion of the Administration. The User uses Website information at their own risk; nothing constitutes a call to action or financial transaction advice.
External Resources
The Administration is not liable for the User's visit to and use of external resources linked from the Site, nor for goods and services received from them.
Advertising

Third-Party Content Accuracy
The Administration bears no responsibility for the accuracy of information copied from other sources, or for services provided by third parties.
Force Majeure
In the event of force majeure (military action, state of emergency, natural disaster, etc.), the Administration does not guarantee the safety of posted information or uninterrupted operation.

7. Trademarks & Authorship

Ownership
Registered trademarks and signs mentioned on the Website are the property of their respective owners.

8. Terms of the Agreement

Effective Date
This Agreement enters into force upon any use of the website and ceases to be valid upon the appearance of a new version.

The User confirms that they have read and understand all provisions of this Agreement and unconditionally accept them. Use of the Site materials constitutes full acceptance of the User Agreement.
